• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure.

4. Product Information & Playkits

• All product images, descriptions, and specifications on our website are provided for reference. We endeavor to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that content is error-free.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

• If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept payment through major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Payment must be received in full before order processing.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to addresses within India. Shipping times and fees vary by location and are displayed at checkout.

• Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Playkits may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. Consult our Refund Policy for details.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned items.

9. Consultations & Services

• Booking fees for 1:1 consultations are non-refundable unless the session is canceled by us.

• Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations may incur fees.

 

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the website are the property of Milo & Me or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without our prior written consent.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milo & Me will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
