1. Overview
At Milo & Me, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your playkit purchase, you may request a refund under the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Playkits must be returned in original, unused condition with all components, packaging, and documentation intact.

Consultation bookings are non-refundable except in cases where Milo & Me cancels or reschedules the session.
3. Refund Process

Submit Request: Email refund@milomeplay.com with your order number, delivery date, and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the kit back.

Ship Item: Send the playkit to our returns center (address provided with RA) within 5 business days. Retain tracking information.

Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the kit to ensure it meets eligibility criteria.

Refund Issued: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection.
4. Refund Amounts

Full Refund: Eligible returns in perfect condition.

Partial Refund: Deductions may apply if items are missing, damaged, or not in original condition.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a playkit (e.g., for a different age range), please follow the refund process and place a new order separately.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank or payment account.
