2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

We currently ship to addresses within India.

We partner with reputable carriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post.

Shipping carrier selection is automatic based on your location and service availability.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days nationwide

Metro Express (Optional): 2–3 business days in metro areas (contact support for availability)
4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

Use the carrier’s tracking portal to check delivery status.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Certain remote or restricted areas may incur additional delivery times or fees.

If shipping to such areas, we will notify you before dispatch.
6. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items that are not in stock, they may ship separately. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Shipping fees are applied per order, not per shipment.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Inspect your order upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours at milomeplay@gmail.com

We will assist with claims and replacement shipments at no extra cost to you.
